My wife found this item and gave it to me for my Birthday. I am above being pleased with this, it affords a wonderful glow to my computer desk and at my age, that's a plus. The light is made of heavy gauge steel, not the tin of most products today. I highly recommend this light. I thought "oh no, its going to be top heavy and I'm always going to have to tighten this thing down..." But it stays! And the lighting is great. It's pretty large, but it's just perfect for my drafting table. It's very adjustable, so even when I tilt my table it stays in place (although the neck does droop slightly when I have my tabletop raised too high, but I rarely need to do that anyway).
